Alright, so this drama has been going on for awhile. This really started with only three to four people, but has since added two to three others because people saw their friends being bashed so tried defending them only to look bad themselves. So how did a small Marvel Rivals tournament turn into this? Why are two streamers mods probably working overtime? And how did so many people get involved?

This all started when Basim posted a $40,000 tournament for Marvel Rivals now there is no issue with hosting something like this things got bad when he banned Kingsman based on one side of the story and rumors he was toxic to his teammates. He stayed with this belief until Kingsman posted the VOD. Kingsman is not only the best Magic player, but a pro player revealing that Kingsman wasn’t toxic and was just trying to get his team to listen to him. The thing Kingsman was trying to tell them: the best strategy to use to win.

Marvel Rivals is a game with a unique meta it is a 5v5 game the best strategy is 3 tanks and 2 support. This is the same thing every other team would probably do especially if $40,000 is on the line. For whatever reason Kingsman’s team decided they weren’t going to do that they wanted to try something different (I fully believe it was throwing for views). Kingsman wanted to win so kept trying to tell them this is a bad idea. They ignored then proceeded to insult him, but here is where their lies caught up to them. Kingsman records not only his gameplay, but the discord chat as well meaning everything from insulting him to his teams insults were recorded for everyone to hear and listen too. Proving how toxic Cece and Zaza were to him.

Cece was the team captain which makes me question why? If she is a captain doesn’t she know the meta? Why was she absolutely willing to ignore a pro player on his advice on how to win? Shouldn’t she know the meta and best ways to win? But no none of that for her vibes were ruined and that means Kingsman’s the bad guy. She feels she doesn’t need to genuinely apologize she can say she is sorry, but we all know she is only sorry she got caught.

As for Zaza, she ignored everything someone else was saying to her then insulting him. She gave the okay to kick Kingsman because he was telling her their plan sucked. Then her boyfriend went and posted the google doc that was solely her side of the story. You know the same one Basim used to kick Kingsman and painted him in a bad light. Not only that, but instead of clearing things up reposted it alongside Cece. Causing nothing, but harassment towards Kingsman. We all know she isn’t sorry she is only sorry she and her friend were caught. Nothing they say is genuine they only want to try and save themselves.

In closing if Basim truly wants to make amends towards Kingsman he needs to give him $40,000. We all know if his team was better and given Kingsman is a top player who would actually win that tournament. The best part of this: Kingsman’s former team lost badly to the other team and everyone is clowning on them.

Another good thing to come of all this: Kingsmans twitch channel gets tons more active viewers and donations to the point he had to tell people to not donate, also the guy was even given in game currency by the developers to buy skins for his account. I hope he does well and can pay the tuition to his schooling (the entire reason he took part). I hope he gets his degree for whatever he wants to do in life he absolutely deserves it for how he handled this and maybe twitch on the side for some extra money and income.
